Form work for the #foundation is done! We will be leveling our skew floor asap and start our 1st walls on monday! #studioblog
After a lot of measuring angles and floor hights with fancy laser tools we finally finished form work for the solid concrete base of our walls. We need to level out what used to be a drainage system for the bottle washing facility that was built adjacent to the winery in the early 1950ies. It is literally a trench, alsmost 3cm deep in the center of the great hall. Building walls we definitely need to arrange for a perfectly horizontal foundation.
The images are a bit blurred, sorry for that. It gets across the idea of what the first room will look like though. Almost a space already, right? 😉
